Naša obiteljska Villa Rosemary ima prostor za 12 osoba, 10 osoba u 5 spavaćih soba i 2 osobe na pomoćnom kauču u dnevnom boravku, bazen od 35 m2 i whirlpool za 6 osoba, a nalazi se na potpuno ograđenom zemljištu od 750 m2 na moru u mirnom okruženju. Također ima vrlo dobro opremljenu kuhinju, teretanu, bazen stolni, nogomet stolni tenis stolni tenis djeca vrt s igračkama…

Prostor

U prizemlju se nalaze tri spavaće sobe, dnevni boravak, kuhinja s blagovaonicom i prostrana terasa. Na drugom katu nalaze se dvije spavaće sobe s kupaonicama, klima-uređajem i prostranom terasom. S terase se pruža prekrasan pogled na more, Split i uvalu Kaštela. Gostima na prvi kat nije dostupan i zaključan je. Prizemlje i drugi kat povezani su VANJSKIM stubištem. Kaštel Sućurac je jedan od sedam Kaštela smještenih između povijesnih gradova Splita, stare Salone i Trogira.

Iza kuće je cesta koja povezuje sedam Kaštela, Split, Solin i Trogir. Želimo napomenuti da se u blizini nalazi mala industrijska zona CEMEX, ali radi u skladu s europskim standardima.

Tržnica Ribola 400m, Supermarketi Konzum & Lidl 2km, Autobusna stanica 100m i željeznički kolodvor 1km.

Bez glasne glazbe ili buke u razdoblju od 23:00 do 09:00. (hrvatski zakon o javnom redu i miru u razdoblju spavanja)

Sve mlađe skupine mlađih od 25 godina moraju nam prvo javiti svoju dob prije nego što dovrše rezervaciju. Mlade grupe 8 osoba max sa 500 eura štete depozit po dolasku za mlađe grupe.

Our family Villa Rosemary has space for 12 people, 10 people in 5 bedrooms and 2 people on an auxiliary couch in the living room, a 35 m2 swimming pool and a whirlpool for 6 people, and is located on a completely fenced plot of 750 m2 by the sea in a quiet environment. It also has a very well-equipped kitchen, gym, table pool, football, table tennis, children’s garden with toys…

Room

On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a dining room and a spacious terrace. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with bathrooms, air conditioning and a spacious terrace. From the terrace there is a beautiful view of the sea, Split and the bay of Kaštela. The first floor is not accessible to guests and is locked. The ground floor and the second floor are connected by an EXTERNAL staircase. Kaštel Sućurac is one of the seven Kaštels located between the historical cities of Split, old Salona and Trogir.

Behind the house is a road that connects the seven Kaštela, Split, Solin and Trogir. We would like to mention that there is a small CEMEX industrial zone nearby, but it works in accordance with European standards.

Fish Market 400m, Konzum & Lidl Supermarkets 2km, Bus Station 100m and Railway Station 1km.

Guests have complete privacy and the entire accommodation is just for you. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 35m2 swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym and bicycles, pool table, table tennis, football table, parking space for 6 cars…

Other notes

No loud music or noise between 23:00 and 09:00. (Croatian law on public order and peace during sleeping periods)

All younger groups under the age of 25 must first inform us of their age before completing the reservation. Young groups of 8 people max with 500 euros damage deposit upon arrival for younger groups.
